Engaging for Equity Survey

Ensuring a diversity of opinions and voices in public engagement is a vital step in solving today's biggest challenges with innovative, future-focused solutions that are more equitable. The Engaging for Equity survey is aimed at identifying both current barriers and successful strategies for engaging with traditionally underrepresented groups and achieving more equitable outcomes. The results will inform an updated report on inclusive engagement practices which will be shared with all participants. This survey is being conducted by Social Pinpoint in collaboration with the AJE40 Standing Committee on Public Engagement and Communications, IAP2 Australasia, Municipal World, NCDD, TRB, and WSP. The team presented their initial findings at a workshop during the TRB Conference on Advancing Transportation Equity last week. The organizers suggested making sure they had gotten the survey out to our Council. Please consider participating!
