Passing of Randy Resor

Randy Resor passed away last Friday. Randy was a former member of our committee and the committee secretary. I found his energy and enthusiasm for freight issues to be contagious.

It is with great sadness that I report that Randy Resor, our colleague for the past several years in the freight policy work of the Department, died unexpectedly this past Friday of a heart infection. If anyone would like to send condolences to Randy’s wife, Carol Resor, she can be reached at
