Seasons Greetings, to all the river fishermen out there. It has been a great year; full of big fish catches, close calls, amazing memories and alot of new friends. We managed to land 22 big smallmouth/guadalupe hybrid bass over 18 inches long. Not to mention a whole lot of largemouths in the 4-5lb class too. Many taken on the catfish imitations from Case Plastics in VA

The Blanco has gotten low and cold and TRB has taken a new direction. Kelly has shut down the cabin, and moved the winter operation to Katy ,TX to guide waterfowling trips with Larry Gore's Eagle Lake & Katy Prarie guide service.

The season has gotten off to a good start , with some early greenhead mallards surprising us this week on the Katy prarie. Lots of specklebelly geese have been taken and the first waves of snows have arrived. Snow goose populations will increase for weeks to come. We have a lot of good property and manage most of the standing water in the region. Day hunt rates :$125 per person

If you like waterfowling; give Kelly Watson a call on his new cell # 281 750 1343
Good luck, be careful and hope to see you in the blind!!
