Do you have an agenda yet or more information on the ECHV workshop (https://sites.google.com/site/trbvehiclehighwayautomation/echv2010)?  It sounds interesting, but additional details would be helpful to see if I can get support to attend (start and end times, if there is a registration fee, etc).
