Online tickets will be required for everyone entering the park on Peak days during our Holiday season. Admission is $32 per person, everyone age 3 and over. We do not have any group rates or discounts available on our Peak days.
On non-Peak days, purchase ride wristbands at our gate. Last wristband sold at 3:30pm all rides close at 4:20pm during the Holiday season. Unlimited Ride Wristband $32 some rides may be closed due to planned maintenance, weather or staffing
With so many rides here at The North Pole, the park is chock full of fun for everyone in your group! Our vintage rides have been restored to their full glory and are maintained yearly for good old fashioned, safe merriment.

Tickets are not available online during the Fall and Summer. Please purchase your tickets the day of your visit at our gate. Reservations are required during the holiday months (November and December) and can be purchased one week in advance. More detailed information will be available in October when we will begin releasing our reservations on a weekly schedule.
Santa and his elves are doing everything they can to keep the park safe. Masks are highly recommended and social distancing is expected throughout the park in all areas. Further information will be coming as we evaluate changing guidelines at the county level closer to opening day.

Some Holiday Shops are at grade, while others have a step up to get inside the kiosk. To gain access to kiosks with a step, call 646-632-5707 for assistance. An attendant with a portable ramp will escort you into those kiosks for the duration of your visit.
There are accessible park entrances mid-block on 40th and 42nd Streets, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.
One of the newest special events that we've offered, Santa's Workshop was introduced to our lineup in 2020. In an attempt to allow children to visit Santa in a safe environment, we built a winter wonderland and workshop in the Fairway Pool House. Families were able to come through the event without having to wait in line with other attendees. The 2023 dates have just been released (see below).

Outside, have a seat in Santa's sleigh, which is parked just in front of the World's Largest Santa - alarger-than-life three dimensional Santa statue standing nearly 50 feet tall. A variety of murals and excitingdisplay windows adorn the front of the building, and other great surprises abound across the property.

After all these centuries, Santa has finally decided to unlatch the doors of his home to the public. The idyllic red chalet awaits visitors at the end of a beautiful wooden walking bridge, across a narrow river. Santa will be there to order; please book an appointment in advance.

Santa and his three LIVE reindeer are returning to Greenwich for the 15th Annual Greenwich Reindeer Festival & Santa's Workshop presented by Jenny Allen/Compass, "The North Pole on North Street", Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses, 437 North Street, Greenwich, Connecticut, from November 25 to December 24, 2023. The cherished town tradition continues for the fifteenth consecutive year at this expansive nursery where visitors can have their photo taken with Santa, meet the reindeer and also enjoy the beautiful Santa's Workshop, which provides more space for families while they wait in line for their photo with Santa. This all takes place just minutes from downtown Greenwich. Parking is free. We are proud to support Kids In Crisis for the 15th consecutive year.
