I like the gratitude journal I purchased on amazon better. I thought that I was getting the same one when I purchased on the website. The gratitude journal I purchased on amazon has 7 slots for weekly habits & tracking. This mantra gratitude has only 5. The gratitude journal asks, "the biggest wins for the week" & "lessons learned". The mantra one does not. I do not care much for this mantra one however I have purchased it so I will have to make the best of it. I really fell in love with the gratitude journal. I left a review on amazon, and I will say it here that it was the first journal I completed every day. I sat with it, and it was great for my meditation practice. This mantra one is lack luster. I'm wondering can I get a refund so I can purchase the gratitude amazon version because I miss it. The print in the mantra gratitude book is lighter than the gratitude journal. It doesn't ask the "positive changes" I noticed in my life. I believe the gratitude journal is more slef reflective than the "mantra gratitude"

Our planner includes daily gratitude prompts designed to increase happiness, improve relationships, and develop a positive mindset. In addition, our planner has a section for daily and weekly accomplishment reflection to remind you to celebrate your wins, no matter how big or small.

When psychiatrists, Marxists, anarchists, and politicos converged on London in 1967 for the Congress of the Dialectics of Liberation, the young Iain Sinclair was there with camera in hand. He and a friend tracked down Allen Ginsberg, counterculture superstar, and interviewed him for their film Ah! Sunflower. In today's guest post, Sinclair describes how he created Kodak Mantra Diaries, a self-published account of that exhilarating summer, combining photographs, personal notes, and reportage into a sort of retrospective diary.

A girl at school is bullying Ellie but she keeps it to herself, writing about what happens in her diary. Things go from bad to worse until one day Ellie is caught stealing money from her mum and she bursts into tears and spills all to her parents. Read Ellie's diary to see how she dealt with the bullying and how she put a stop to it.

Ellie's Secret Diary is an excellent dual language PSHE resource for parents, teachers, youth workers and counsellors. The first person account puts readers in the victim's position, making it essential reading from Key Stage 2 onwards. The book includes advice and information for those suffering bullying, as well as useful web links and online resources.

I invite you to do the same. My book Find Your Happy Daily Mantras is an excellent resource to help us start off the new year with intention, focus and harmony. It provides 365 days of inspiration and daily motivation. It is great for daily practice, meditations and journaling. Feel free to repeat these mantras to help you release pain, setbacks and disappointments.

I release the pain I am holding in my heart. I let go of the anger because I know it is no longer serving me. My internal angst is a reflection of unhealed wounds that need more love and focus. As I seek inward to take comfort in my pain, as I move through my emotional frustration, I can see that anger is no longer needed for I forgive all involved and instead focus all my energy on healing the pain.

I am in charge of my own life and make choices from an empowered position. Everything in my life is a choice, and at any time I get to eliminate what no longer works for me. I am brave and honest as I remove myself from situations that cause me stress or distress. I always have a choice to feel good and make joy my priority.

I am open to living my life in expansive ways. I do this by releasing all old patterns, situations and people that no longer serve me. It is not mean or selfish to put myself first. It is an act of self-love. I see evidence of my love-filled actions when the universe guides me to new awareness and directions.

I am not off track in my life; everything is better than I realize. I let go of trying to make things happen how and when I want them to happen. There is a better outcome awaiting me when I let go of trying to figure it out. Instead of trying so hard, I let the Universe support me and solve my problems with grace and ease. I surrender the struggle.

What I am is love. What I choose to manifest is more love. My true self inspires everything I do, which is a reflection of true love. I am full of love and kindness and compassion, and I express my real self to the world. In all my experiences, I choose to focus inward for answers.

I release my need to have the situation resolved in a certain way. Instead, I surrender the entire process over to my higher power. I pray for the highest good for every single person involved. The situation will resolve itself when I stop worrying. I let God take the lead.

I am not a victim of my current situation. I focus my thoughts on loving energy and choose to see the truth in all troubling situations. I know I am capable of moving through difficult times and I am only trapped by my negative thoughts. I turn to positive expectations and I am free.

Based on the collection of teenage diary entries by Rae Earl, the Channel 4 show follows protagonist Rae (Sharon Rooney) as she is released from a psychiatric hospital after a severe incident of self-harm. Having been treated for months for her depression, anxiety and disordered eating, she is flung back out in the world, and struggles with fitting back into normal life. After reuniting with her childhood best friend Chloe (Jodie Comer, showcasing her genius long before Villanelle came along), she finds a new group of pals. With the help of them and her therapist Kester (Ian Hart), she navigates her way through a new family life, falling in love and going to college.

Disordered eating is about much more than just food, and so it impacts far more than just the number on the scale. It sinks its claws into every aspect of you; the pain it inflicts becomes a lens through which you see the world.
