Also, I just talked to Jess and Jess said that the mom lied numerous times regarding Julie, We called her one day after she dropped her off at home and she still told us she had no idea where she lived. I would be very careful when doing this bond and if you do I would charge her more than your minimum because I guarantee you will be in the same situation.
