Hi Yuan Zhen,

I am afraid that I won't have time to cook this year. We don't need to bring fork and the stuff this year, here is some info for you:

Here is the basic information for table setup - 

1. There will be one table per country, exceptions for special request based on availability

2. Table size around 6 feet, the standard white table

3. Table can be chosen on first come first served basis starting at 6:15 pm

4. You may use the wall behind your table to put poster or other exhibit items

5. Do remember to bring:

      a. table cloth

      b. scissors and tape if needed to stick items

6. I will provide the supplies for serving food samples. Please let me know as soon as possible what sort of supply you would need to hand out the food samples so that I can arrange for them (check/say yes for all that applies):

• Plates
  
• Bowls
  
• Cups
  
• Spoon
  
• Fork
  
• Knife

So we don't need parents to bring utensils, but I don't see napkins. I can bring some napkins. Since my daughter will be dancing that night, and I will help getting the girls ready, I won't have time to cook. I can help food serving.

Mao-Fen and Zhen:

Do you know whom to contact to require supplies like plate, bowls, etc? I guess Zhen needs to contact her ASAP.
