Need help with some issues

we just wanted updated.
1: The door is either out of wack or the seal needs to replaced cause
the wind noise that comes through makes sitting in the passenger chair
unbearable. It also is a pain in the butt to use the deadbolt lock
cause it is very difficult to use.
2: We drove through some pouring rain in Atlanta and when we stopped
the storage bays were wet not necessaraly by the doors but in the
middle. do we need to recaulk the underside somewhere?
3: Anyone replace the carpet? If so what did you replace it with and
did you have someone do it for you or do it yourself? I knew the
carpet wasn't gonna make it very many trips and am sad to say it
didn't make it one.
4: Replace the couch with a real pull-out and replace the j-lounge.
suggestions on where to go for this?
5: Is it possible to add seat-belts? The only seat belts are on the
two captains chairs and 3 on the j-lounge. Having all the kids sit
on the j-lounge is not fun lots of he's touching me, she's touching me
garbage and lots of I'm gonna pull this bus over...
6: New captains chairs. My husband hates the driver's seat he just
can't get it comfortable for himself. His main issue is the lumbar
support it just seems like it is pushed out too far and we can't seem
to figure out how to get it to go back in.
Sorry this is so long I know I forgot some issues. I will have to add
those later.
