Coach power switch

Hello,

I have 2008 Travel Supreme Select Limited.  The power went off in the coach except for the 120 volt power still works.

I can hear the solenoid activating from the switch by the steps but the 12 volt power will not work.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Any help would be appreciated.
