I am in the need to replace my drivers side headlight lens.  Does anyone know what vehicle is associated with the 2002 TS 38DS02?  The numbers on the headlight are:   LH 933-042-011  SAE HR01    22H=LV

In fact, has anyone complied a list of cross referenced parts to production vehicles for future reference?  I have read on previous postings the tail light is from a Ford Explorer.  (I know I will need one of them in due time.)    Thanks all.

I have the same lights I think and the mfr is hella. A few of our numbers are different but that could be a eyesight issue.

I checked with Hella USA and they told me that the numbers on my headlight lens is not theirs.  Any other suggestions?

Possibly there were two manufacturers of the same headlight design.   What are your numbers on the headlights.   I will research this with Hella.

My number is LH 938 042-01H. 22H 11V. That's the headlight. The turn lens says 938 049-00. Hella is stamped on both. Hope that helps. Jamie

Hello all,

I just finished taking all of the batteries out and cleaning the compartments. Checked all the batteries, they're all good. Put everything back together, started the generator, reset the hydro hot, it works along with everything else except the Cummins will not do anything. The gage is showing 13.5 volts, everything is lighting up, but when I engage the starter, nothing.

Is there anything to reset or a step I'm missing

Thanks,

Did you turn off the chasis master switch and not turn it back on?  That's all I can think of.

No, I didn't turn it off before I did the work, forgot about it, but I did turn it off and on a few times after I put everything together, hoping that might reset something.

If you have two engine batteries, maybe you didn't hook them back up in parallel (- to - and + to +)?

Yea, I've got them connected properly, I took photos of everything before I started the project.

I had the same problem earlier this year when I replaced my starting batteries, turned out there was a small wire that fell behind the batteries and I didn’t see it or have it connected.

Once connected all was good.

Not sure if that is your issue but that’s what happened to me.

YOU MISSED A CABLE.  I HAVE HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN WHEN I WAS A ROOKIE TECH IN 2001.  PULL OUT TRAYS AND FOLLOW ALL CABLES COMING OUT OF WALL.  PROBABLY A BIG FAT GROUND.

I just got a reply from the good folks at Hella Corp.   Neither your headlight number or mine is a valid Hella number.   They asked me to submit a picture so they can possibly identify it.
