I turned on the Equalizer control panel and noticed the down arrows were not lit. I hit the auto level and nothing worked, I heard a beeping but jacks did not go down. When I touched one of the down arrows the beeping stopped.

I could only find one 10 amp fuse in the front compartment below the drivers seat, which was OK. All of the cylinder switches show they are in the UP position.
The Troubleshooting Guide Symptom for Panel  On but Jacks won't operate:
Low battery voltage  - Charge Vehicle batteries, which shows 13v. for house batteries
Defective Control Panel- all lights on but down arrow lights   (Call Tech support)
System Defect-  Call Tech support

Under Auto-Level will not level:
System Null not set ( how can you set the null if the jacks won't operate?
Damaged or defective level sensor- Check center LED on Panel-Call Tech Support
Defective Control Panel- Call Tech Support
Defective Leg Switch- Check leg LEDs on Panel-Call Tech Support.   When I turn on the control panel all leg LEDs on panel momentarily light showing all jacks in Up position.

I just I will have to call Tech Support tomorrow morning for help.Note the MH is in my driveway so not an urgent problem, but have to correct before I leave in July for a trip.

Try turning on power and hitting jacks up and filling air bags. Then start from scratch.

You don’t need the jacks down to set the null.  Assuming the coach is level...like on a level driveway, go through the steps to set the null.  1. Depress and hold the auto-level button.  2. Depress and release the power button (still holding the auto-level button down).  3. Release auto-level button after you hear 5 or 6 beeps.

Not sure if this will fix your problem, just clarifying that the jacks don’t need to be down to set the null.

Good luck, and let us know what finally fixes your system.

I tried turning on the power and hitting auto retract, so the jacks would retract and air bags would fill, as the air bags were dumped when I hit auto level. I tried this twice and nothing.

I will try to set the null tomorrow to see what happens. I believe the problem is related to the down arrows not being lit, indicating no power to the jacks or something in the control panel.

Problem diagnosed as motor not working.  New motor ordered to correct problem. Motor estimated at $489, along with labor to diagnose problem, so I sure hope this corrects the problem.

Just a heads up.
My rv was at a shyster repair shop from the dealership we bought it from. They replaced the motor also (which I now have 2 of). Still wasn't the problem. It was a $20.00-$40.00 solenoid . Have you checked that ? Also any reputable starter/alternator repair shop can fix it for a fraction of that cost.
Just trying to help.

If it is the motor that price is BS and they are very easy to replace if you can handle a wrench. I would proceed with caution unless you just want it fixed and don't care what it takes. My 2 cents

Wrong price for Motor they charged $389, seems they charge a 40% markup from their cost. At least the problem is fixed. Next time I have a problem I will drive to Equalizer Systems in Elkhart, as I have had service done there in the past.
