Hi Phuong and welcome to the Travel Spain group!
Let's see if I can answer your questions:

I haven't actually tried it, but in theory you can buy the ticket in advance online, using their online "Tienda". It seems you have to register first, which I did do, but I'm still waiting for the registration confirmation email which actually allows me access to the Tienda, so to be honest I wouldn't depend on this method, unless it has significantly improved by June.

Yes, you can hire all the equipment - they talk about a "Complete Pack" on the website, for 18€, which presumably includes everything you need. You can also hire skis, ski-poles, boots, trousers, etc. individually.

This is an offer they provide if you purchase a "forfait", or ski-pass. The pass includes several promotions in the ski-centre restaurants - when you make use of these promotions in McDonalds, etc., you get a stamp and have to accumulate stamps to get free skiing time. It seems that this is aimed at frequent visitors more than anything. I assume that you'll be visiting the centre just once, and therefore you won't much chance to accumulate stamps for free ski-time. Also, you'll only need the pass if you're going to stay all day, in which case you don't need the extra skiing time because the pass already includes all-day access.

Sorry, I don't think so.
Happy holidays!
