due in unseasonal .
But more back - packagers can entry without effect for agents.May
visit at least can use at 2 Stars hotel with VV be ok. Whatever
level of visitors with VV who have to buy full day or half day
package from travel agents or tour operators that couldn't bad.
VOA with Business Visa just concern organizations may be a few
catching for travel agents
and tour operators not priority for tourism industry just for hoping
of government at investment international.I guess it wrong or not
will watch .

Business Visa, any company can issue invitation letter to any
travellers/business man, they can get visa on Arrival, Correct?
Entry Visa: Must get the invitation letter from concerned ministry.
So, we can invite to all tourist to get business visa, their business
visa will be Granted. As long as they have invitation letters, the
immigration will not refuse to issue Business Visa where the tourist

The Myanmar E-VISA system is not yet active. One passenger report that he emailed them and they said they are awaiting approval from the government. Currently you cannot log in. They recommend contacting a travel agent in Myanmar with assistance with VISA prior to arrival.

Next scenario about the on arrival visa in business category, this morning a director called to immigration office in Yangon. She was told that "any company license registered under national planning shall have this right to invite "their counterparts" so they get visa on arrival. As she double-checked to immigration counter of Yangon int'l airport, she was told that "any companies however not tour companies." He continued saying that "Tour companies will make business out of it. So we cannot give any business visa on arrival who came through "a tour company."
I think you guys got "a picture" now what is going on in these departments.

I saw on MRTV 4 announced Visa on arrival is issued in Mandalay which is different from Business Visa on Arrival. But when we called Mandalay, they said U Aung Thiha from Yangon Airport Immigration is there to oversee the same Business Visa system to implement.
Looking from client point of view, Visa on arrival is Visa-on-arrival. They cannot register in their brains about "Pre-arranged" or "Business" nor "27 countries".
I think if the visitor arrived here with a sincere mistake of "Business Visa on Arrival" or "Pre-arranged Tourist Visa on Arrival", and the fact that he had spent time, money and energy, our Immigration should show some courtesy and make room for a compromise.
If there is a will, there is way!
