MAS resumes codeshare with Myanmar Airways

PETALING JAYA (Jan 27, 2014): Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and Myanmar Airways International have signed a new codeshare agreement to increase its access to Yangon from Feb 15, 2014.

MAS and Myanmar Airways collaborated previously in 2006 via a codeshare agreement which was suspended in 2010 due to the international economic sanctions against Myanmar.

Booking for the service will be made available on Feb 10, 2014.

The arrangement will see the national increase its current 14 flights to 19 flights weekly. Read more ...
