LONDON, 26 February 2016: Hotels in Myanmar have seen performance slow with a decline of more than 11% in occupancy in January. STR Global identified hotel trends in Myanmar as part of its January analysis of hotels in the Asia Pacific region. The research company’s take on Myanmar showed hotel demand had decreased year-on-year for 17 months, leading to continued drops in REVPAR.
