ရန္ကုန္ (မဇၥ်ိမ)။ ။ ယခုနွစ္အတြင္း ဖြင့္လွစ္လုပ္ကိုင္လာေသာ ဟိုတယ္အခ်ိဳ႕တြင္ ဟိုတယ္လိုင္စင္ျဖင့္ မဟုတ္ဘဲ တည္းခိုခန္း လိုင္စင္မ်ားျဖင့္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ လုပ္ကိုင္လာေၾကာင္း ဟိုတယ္လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားထံမွ သိရသည္။

ယခုနွစ္အတြင္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႔ ဧည့္သည္ ဝင္ေရာက္မႈ မ်ားျပားမည္ဟု ဟိုတယ္ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား ၾကိဳတင္ေမွ်ာ္လင့္
ထားၾက၍ ဟိုတယ္လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ ခါေတာ္မီ ဝင္ေရာက္ လုပ္ကိုင္သူမ်ား ရိွခဲ့သည္။ ထိုသူမ်ားသည္ ဟိုတယ္
ေဆာက္လုပ္ျပီးျပီးခ်င္း ဖြင့္လွစ္လုပ္ကိုင္လိုၾကသျဖင့္ တည္းခိုခန္း လိုင္စင္ျဖင့္ အျမန္ဖြင့္လွစ္ လုပ္ကိုင္လာၾကျခင္း
ျဖစ္သည္ဟု ဆိုသည္။
“မႏၲေလး ဟိုတယ္ဇုန္ဆိုရင္ မႏွစ္က ဟိုတယ္ ၇၉ လံုး ဖြင္႔ရိွတယ္။ ဒီနွစ္လည္း ဟိုတယ္ ၇၉ လံုးပဲ စာရင္းေပါက္
တယ္။ တည္းခိုခန္း လိုင္စင္နဲ႔ ဖြင့္လာတာ ၅ လံုးရိွတယ္” ဟု မႏၲေလး ဟိုတယ္ဇုန္မွ ဥကၠ႒ ဦးျမင့္ေအာင္ က ေျပာ
သည္။
ယခုနွစ္အတြင္း ဟိုတယ္အဆင့္ရိွ ဟိုတယ္မ်ားအား တည္းခိုခန္းလိုင္စင္ျဖင့္ မႏၲေလးနွင့္ က်ိဳင္းတုံဘက္တြင္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ လုပ္ကိုင္မႈမ်ား ရိွေနေၾကာင္း ဝါရင့္ အဂၤလိပ္ ဧည့္လမ္းညႊန္ တဦးကလည္း ေျပာဆိုသည္။
“ဧည့္သည္ေတြ လိုက္ပို႔ရင္း က်ိဳင္းတုံဘက္ ေရာက္တုန္းက သတိထားမိခဲ့တယ္။ တည္းခိုခန္း လိုင္စင္နဲ႔ ဟိုတယ္

A guest house is a kind of lodging. A hotel is an establishment that provides lodging paid on a short-term basis. The provision of basic accommodation, in times past, consisting only of a room with a bed, a cupboard, a small table and a washstand has largely been replaced by rooms with modern facilities, including en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning or climate control. Additional common features found in hotel rooms are a telephone, an alarm clock, a television, a safe, a minibar with snack foods and drinks, and facilities for making tea and coffee. Luxury features include bathrobes and slippers, a pillow menu, twin-sink vanities, and jacuzzi bathtubs. Larger hotels may provide additional guest facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, childcare, conference facilities and social function services.
So, do we have specific rules for Guesthouses? maximum number of rooms? Maximum facilities?, Otherwise, lack of staff, lack of facilities, they can run as a Guesthouse, The only problem is EXPENSIVE :-) and what is the different license for Guesthouse and hotels? Need more information to complete of reading a good news!
