YANGON, 28 August 2015: Union of Myanmar Tourism Association says foreign tourists visiting Myanmar are losing their way due to a lack of signposts.
UMTA central executive committee member, Aung Myat Kyaw, told Myanmar Business Today that international tourists who travel without guides face considerable inconvenience as there are not enough signs directing the way to tourist attractions.
“Once foreign tourists leave the major tourist destinations they will not find signposts written in English… there are no signpost even in our own language in some places.” Read more on TTR Weekly...
