ခုတစ္ေလာ စိတ္မအား လူမအားရတဲ့ၾကားထဲ ပ်ားတုတ္ခံရတဲ့အျဖစ္ရယ္။ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး
ရင္ခံ သြားတယ္။ သိၿပီးသူေတြလည္း ရိွေကာင္းရိွမွာပါ။ ဒါေပမဲ့
မသိေသးတဲ့သူေတြက ပိုမ်ားတဲ့အတြက္၊ ၿပီးေတာ့ ဒါဟာ အိမ္ကိုလြမ္းေနၾကတဲ့၊

ဖုန္းဆက္လာပါတယ္။ ကိစၥက ေနာက္လ ဒီဇင္ဘာအတြက္ ၀ယ္ထားတဲ့ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္ကို
အျပန္ ရက္ခ်ိန္းေပးႏိူင္မလား လို႔ ေမးလာတာပါ။ အိမ္ကလူက
မျဖစ္ႏိူင္ေလာက္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း၊ ခြင့္ေတြကအစ အကုန္စီစဥ္ၿပီးျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ အေၾကာင္း
ေျပာျပပါတယ္။ ဂ်က္စတားကလူက သူတို႔ရက္ေရြ႕တဲ့အတိုင္း လက္ခံရင္ တစ္ေယာက္ကို
စလံုး၁၀၀နဲ႔ ၂ေယာက္စာ စလံုး၂၀၀ ေဘာက္ခ်ာလည္း offerေပးဦးမယ္လို႔
ဆိုပါတယ္။ အဲဒီမွာ အားနာတတ္ တဲ့အိမ္ကလူက ယတိျပတ္မျငင္းလိုက္ဘဲ မိန္းမနဲ႔
တိုင္ပင္လိုက္ဦးမယ္ကြာ လို႔ ေျပာခဲ့သတဲ့ရွင္။ ဟိုလူက လည္း ငါ့ရဲ႕ offerကို
မင္းဆီ e-mailပို႔ေပးမယ္ ဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။
အဲဒီေန႔က အိမ္ေရာက္လို႔ ညစာစားၾကၿပီး e-mail စစ္ၾကည့္မွ
မ်က္လံုးျပဴးၾကရတယ္။ လား လား သေကာင့္သားက ကြ်န္မတို႔ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မရေသးဘဲ
ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္ကို ရက္ေျပာင္းၿပီး ပို႔ လိုက္ေတာ့တာေလ။ အသြားရက္ကိုေတာ့
မေျပာင္းပါဘူး။ ျပန္လာမဲ့ရက္ကို ေျပာင္းထားတာပါ။ ကြ်န္မတို႔ မူလအစီအစဥ္အရ

availability နဲ႔ ေရာင္းတာ မဟုတ္လား။ computerized system နဲ႔
ေရာင္းၾကတာမဟုတ္လား။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ဒီဇင္ဘာျပန္ဖို႔ကို ၾသဂတ္စ္လထဲက ၀ယ္
ထားခဲ့တာမို႔ ဒါဟာ ဘယ္လိုမွ သည္းခံႏိူင္စရာအေၾကာင္းမရိွပါဘူး။
ေျပာရင္းနဲ႔ ကၽြန္မလည္း

ထုတ္ျပန္ပါတယ္။ အေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္ေတြက ခုတစ္မ်ိဳး ေတာ္ၾကာတစ္မ်ိဳးနဲ႔
ဂ်က္စတားပါ။
ဘယ္လိုပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ သူတို႔ထုတ္ေရာင္းထားတဲ့ လက္မွတ္တန္ဖိုးကို သူတို႔

I really upset to travel with Jetstar and I'm regret to choose
Jetstar. I had made a booking and made a payment since August for my
flight. Today last minute call me and cancel my ticket due to too
loaded on 30 Dec and ask me to change to 21 dec or 13 Jan. I already
made a appoinment and prepare my trip. Last minute call me and offer me
either to change a date or get a refund. At this time I can't buy any
other airline all are fully book. If inform me early I still can choose
other airline. And my best friend wedding on 25 Dec so how am i goiing
to atten. If my wedding on that day how they going to settle on it.
And when I call customer service officer different people answer me
different reason. Not easy to apply my leave again do you concern for
that Jetstar.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very disappointed with the way the jetstar works. I have bought
return tickets for two from singapore to yangon on sept 08 2011 ( dept
on 24 dec 2011 and arrival on 7 Jan 2011).
Today, I was informed there is no flight from Yangon to Singapore on
the 7 Jan 2011 by Jetstar staff and offered me 11 jan 2011 (wed)
instead. That is totally unacceptable for me since I have to plan many
things eg:leave applications( It is not so easy at all for us to extend
leaves) and many other things needed for this leave for
approval.Though i was told there was no flight returning from Yangon to
Singapore ( during 26 Dec 2011--10 Jan 2012) ( you can check the
recording for telephone conversation made( 9:30am to 10:45am
17-Nov-2011) that i call your 3 staffs, one of them say no flight,
another one hang up the phone during conversation( his name Max or
something like that) and last one--not bad in my opinion). I know there
is a flight on the 7th January 2012 from Yangon to Singapore in the
morning arrival 10:25am Yangon. My schedule flight from yangon to
singapore is 11:25am on January 7 2012.
There is no logic if there is no flight at 11:25am on January 7 2012. I
feel I am being cheated by some unfair policy( may be to make more
money).I am offered to options- one ( to get fully refund) and another
one to either get refund for return only or accept the return date on
11 Jan (wednesday) 2012 and get 200S$ dollar voucher for each affected
person- for my case 2persons). Both options are unacceptable for me
knowing that there is a flight from Yangon to Singapore on Jan 7 2012
which I have booked and confirmed tickets since September 8). Come to
think or it for yourselves, If you were in my position, will you be
pleased with what the jetsar is doing to me and affected customers? My
holidays is already spoilt by this unethical way of making money.
I sincerely request that please put me and my wife on Jan 7 2012 flight
from Yangon to singapore in order for me to believe that the jetstar
is deserved to be my first choice airline.
You have already committed on this offer by accepting ticket fare from customer,you should be responsible for it.
Await your soonest positive reply and responsible action on this case.

The ticket which I bought since August. Now they told me oversold and
my flight cancel. That mean they r not work properly since August now
they know oversold? Now ask to refund or change a date, So easy for
them to say that. If they tell me in Sep I still can choose other
airline. Now I already arrange and tell me all stupid reason.

me too, I bought ticket since August , they gave same reason and ask
to refund or change date which too far from my return ticket date ,
they are cheating on us , we got it in offer fare rate , i think they
sold back higher rate to the other and simply say that oversold and
flight cancel .I have never seen other air line in this kind of stupid
reason ,we have to let other people to aware of this case... BE AWARE

We are facing the same treatment from Jetstar and that's so
unacceptable as customers who are holding confirmed tickets issued by
Jetsrar. They must do something like arranging additional flight or
compensate air fare according to current price from other airline as
now the tickets price is sky-high. We have already been arranged
accommodation and domestic flight at destination as well. Who will take
responsibility for all that charges incurred? Definitely Jetstar
jeopardizes my holiday plan and we should make awareness of such Jet
stars's' attitude to people.

other airline, too late , not secure to get a seat already as our
initial planning date. Hence, only one option to let us get on board

Everybody, Jetstar just cheat to her customers. Not only you, there
are so many people who have booked on these high peak season. Jetstar
sold with a promotion price, but now the price is flying high for these
days. So, Jetstar just omit your seat only. Pls, carefully check from
any possible sources of information as much as you can, there is no any
flight will be cancelled on these scheduled dates. Just omit your
seats only. Make sense. How dare to cheat like that in Singapore. Now, I
am arranging to disclose those cheat cases to Ministry of Transport
(Singapore), CAAS (Singapore), some news agency in Singapore, Yahoo
News, Straits Time, etc. Also, I am arranging to send those information
to all Journals in Myanmar. I will inform all updates time by time
again.

I have already checked with Jetstar staff. She said they changed small
cargo and they shift return date from Yangon (from 4/1/12 to 11/4/12)
only for 15 female passengers and flight is not cancel. But my brother
also received call and emails same as me. They just give reason anyhow.
I found most people bought tickets around August which is normal price
rate.
Jet Star : Are you try to create disappointed all passengers who bought
with normal price? If people accept refund; are you planning to sell
with high price to new passenger as this is hot period?
I print this Facebook page as I know they delete all complains very
soon. Don’t keep quiet. We cannot accept such cheating case in
Singapore.

According from all information for the time being, most of the Myanmar
people who bought the tickets on about Aug 2011 are affected. Beside
this, there is not any contact person and office in Singapore, except
at Terminal 1. I will update accordingly.
