Mandalay City Hotel က စာခ်ဳပ္ခ်ဳပ္ရင္ ၁၀၀ ေဒၚလာ deposit တင္ရမယ္တဲ့။ တစ္ႏွစ္မွာ အခန္း ၂၀ ျပည့္ေအာင္သြင္းရင္ေတာ့ ပုိက္ဆံျပန္ရမယ္။ မသြင္းရင္ေတာ့ ပုိက္ဆံျပန္မရပါဘူးတဲ့။ ကဲ ဒါဆုိ တုိ႕ေတြက ၂၀ မကလုိ႕ ၂၀၀ သြင္းခ်င္တယ္ အခန္းက ေပးမွာလားဆုိေတာ့. အဲ့ဒါေတာ့ အာမ မခံပါဘူးတဲ့။ ရွိရင္ရမယ္တဲ့။ ၾကိဳတင္ပါတဲ့။ ကဲ ဘယ္လုိမ်ားလုပ္ရပါ့..

ကဲ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြေရးလုိ့ေရးလုိက္ပါဦးမယ္ hotel mandalay ကုိဘုတ္ကင္တင္ခဲ့တယ္ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါ၇ီ(၁၄)ရက္ေန့.။စုိက္ေမြးပညာရွင္japanenese အတြက္။မတ္လ(၆)၇က္၀င္(၉)ေန့ထြက္။(၃)ပတ္ၾကိဳCANCEL လုပ္၇င္(၂၀%)တဲ့။ဆုိေတာ့
တြက္ၾကည့္ေလ ေဖ၁၄ကေနမတ္(6)အထိမွ၇က္(၂၀)ဘဲ၇ွိတယ္။ေဖ(၁၄)တင္ေဖ(၁၅)မွာအ

We Call it Very Very GREEDY - They want those that does not belong to them. So, they find the way. In the other hand, Myanmar NEVER UNITED, the big guys give huge fixed deposit to these hotels who are now extending the rooms with those money. (they do not need investment, dont they?). So, if someone spoils the market, who dare to say? No one, right?.

So, suggest that you do not need the contract, all you need is room, if there is room available, pay with the fullfare and sell to your clients. If the clients say, expensive, then, bad luck. Once there were enough suppliers, for sure you will get the promotion contract immediately with stay 3 pay 2. It wont take so long. Myanmar will be the cheapest country to visit in no sooner time, (Cheap means, very very very cheap in every corner). Wait and see.

Who is not in his respected field, he does not even dare to say NO but accept the job without any clue. We need productive and decision policy makers, not a puppet nor new learner (how fast can he learn the industry?) So, your voice wont effect anything but good to see the reality. He will be busy with his educational trips or consulting with amazing advisers.

Anyway, it is too early to judge, but since someone nominated and appointed, hopefully, he brings something to the industry rather than NONE. Otherwise, it is just waste of the time.
