ယခုလမွစ၍ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသား ခရီးသြားဧည့္သည္မ်ား လာေရာက္လည္ပတ္ရန္ ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ ေလွ်ာက္ထားျခင္းကို ၁၀ ဦးႏွင့္အထက္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားမွသာ ခြင့္ျပဳေပးေတာ့မည္ဟု သတ္မွတ္လိုက္၍ ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားရာတြင္ အခက္အခဲမ်ား ႀကံဳေတြ႕ေနရေၾကာင္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံခရီးသြား လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား အသင္းမွ သတင္းရရွိသည္။

‘‘ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို႔ ကုမၸဏီေတြက ဘယ္ႏွေယာက္လာမယ္လို႔ ႀကိဳၿပီးေတာ့ မသိႏိုင္ဘူး။ ၁၀ ဦး  ျပည့္မွ ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ခြင့္ရမယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ အခက္အခဲရွိႏိုင္ပါတယ္’’ ဟု Treasure ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းမွ ႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးမွဴး ဦးသစ္မင္းက ေျပာသည္။
         
‘‘အြန္လိုင္းကေန E-Visa စနစ္ကို ေျပာင္းလဲဖို႔လုပ္ေနတဲ့အတြက္ အခုလိုစီစဥ္လိုက္တာလို႔ သိရတယ္။ ခရီးသြားကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုအေနနဲ႔ တစ္ခါေလွ်ာက္ရင္ ၁၀ ေယာက္ျပည့္ဖို႔ဆုိတာ မလြယ္ဘူးေလ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ကုမၸဏီေတြအားလံုးက ၁၀ ေယာက္ျပည့္ေအာင္ စုေပါင္းၿပီးေတာ့ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို႔ အသင္းကေနပဲ ကိုယ္စားေလွ်ာက္ခြင့္ျပဳပါလို႔ေတာ့ တင္ျပထားတယ္’’ ဟု ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားအသင္း(UMTA) ဥကၠ႒ ေဒါက္တာေအာင္ျမတ္ေက်ာ္ကေျပာသည္။
           
လူ၀င္မႈႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးႏွင့္ ျပည္သူ႔အင္အား၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမွ Touris Visa မ်ားအတြက္ အြန္လိုင္းမွ E-Visa စနစ္ျဖင့္ ခြင့္ျပဳေပးရန္ စီစဥ္ေနေသာေၾကာင့္ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတ႐ံုးမွ တရား၀င္ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ျဖင့္ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္ ဇြန္
လမွစ၍ ထုတ္ေပးေနသည့္ ႀကိဳတင္ေလွ်ာက္ထားရေသာ ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ (VOA) ခြင့္ျပဳ အမ်ဳိးအစားတြင္ Touris Visa ပါ၀င္ျခင္းမရွိေသာေၾကာင့္ ႀကိဳတင္ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ျဖင့္ ထုတ္ေပးေနသည့္ ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာထုတ္ေပးျခင္းကိုလည္း ရပ္ဆိုင္းေတာ့မည္ဟု သတင္းမ်ားထြက္ေပၚေနေၾကာင္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားအသင္းမွ သတင္းရရွိသည္။
         
႐ုတ္တရက္ မူ၀ါဒေျပာင္းလဲလိုက္ျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ခရီးစဥ္တစ္၀က္တြင္ ေရာက္ရိွေနေသာ ခရီးသည္မ်ား ဗီဇာမရ၍ ခရီးစဥ္ဖ်က္ရျခင္း၊ သံ႐ံုးႏွင့္ေ၀းသည့္ေဒသတြင္ ေရာက္ရိွေနသူမ်ား၏ ခရီးစဥ္မ်ား ဖ်က္သိမ္းရျခင္း စသည္တို႔ေၾကာင့္ ကုမၸဏီမ်ား ေငြေလ်ာ္ေပးရျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ကုမၸဏီမ်ား စီးပြားေရးအရ ထိခိုက္ေၾကာင္း UMTA ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားသည္။
         
‘‘႐ုတ္တရက္ႀကီး လက္မခံေတာ့ဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာ့ အဆင္မေျပႏိုင္ဘူး။ တခ်ဳိ႕ကုမၸဏီေတြဆိုရင္ ဆယ္ဦးမျပည့္လို႔ ခရီးစဥ္ေတြကို ဖ်က္လိုက္ရတာေတြရွိတယ္။ တခ်ဳိ႕ကလည္း အဆင္မေျပလို႔ ျပည္ပကို ျပန္ေလ်ာ္ရတာေတြ ရွိလာတယ္’’ ဟု ေဒါက္တာေအာင္ျမတ္ေက်ာ္က ေျပာသည္။
           
ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားသည္ လက္ရွိတြင္ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ ခရီးသြားလာေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၏ ေထာက္ခံခ်က္၊ လူ၀င္မႈႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးႏွင့္ ျပည္သူ႔အင္အား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၏ ခြင့္ျပဳမိန္႔တို႔ျဖင့္ ႀကိဳတင္ေလွ်ာက္ထားရျခင္းျဖစ္ၿပီး ႀကိဳတင္ျပည္၀င္ခြင့္ဗီဇာျဖင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနခဲ့သည္မွာ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္တစ္ခုနီးပါးရွိခဲ့ၿပီျဖစ္၍ ယခုကဲ့သို႔အခက္အခဲမ်ား ႀကံဳေနရေၾကာင္း လုပ္ငန္းရွင္အခ်ဳိ႕က ေျပာသည္။

Immigration authorities do not accept any Visa on arrival even on 10 pax and up..  At the moment, there is no exception to get the visa on arrival... Am I true? Can anyone check my info please???

I think the best thing is to instruct them to get visa at their country embassy or Bangkok embassy. It is not you alone. Exotissimo also have to do this. We have to do this. We have been through this before. They want you to shut up and fall in line.

I believe "Business Visa On Arrival" is still applicable but it has to be arranged by a company (which must not be a tourism company).

No. Some travel agents applied tourist visa as 4 pax per group. Application is approved by MHT and VOA approved at Yangon Airport. Guests can enter now.

What I heard is minimum 5 pax for no Myanmar embassy countries and 10 pax & up for countries that have Myanmar embassy. UMTA told me that is according to the last discussion between ministries.
