ရန္ကုန္ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေလဆိပ္ႏွင့္ မႏၲေလး အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေလဆိပ္တို႔တြင္ အာဆီယံႏိုင္ငံမ်ား အပါအ၀င္ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၂၆ ႏိုင္ငံမွ ခရီးသြားမ်ားအား ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ သံုးမ်ိဳးအား ခြင့္ျပဳေပးလ်က္ရွိရာမွ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔မွ စတင္ကာ ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း ၂၂ ႏိုင္ငံအား ထပ္မံတိုးျမႇင့္ခြင့္ ျပဳေပးလိုက္သည္ျဖစ္ရာ ယခုအခါ အဆိုပါ ေလဆိပ္မ်ား၌ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၄၈ ႏိုင္ငံအား ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ ခြင့္ျပဳေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးလ်က္ ရွိသည္ဟု သိရသည္။ လုပ္ငန္းဗီဇာ၊ ျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ၊ ျဖတ္သန္းဗီဇာစသည့္ ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ ၃ မ်ိဳးအား ရန္ကုန္ အျပည္ပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေလဆိပ္တြင္ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္ ဇြန္လ ၁ ရက္ေန႔မွ စတင္၍ လည္းေကာင္း၊ မႏၲေလး အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေလဆိပ္တြင္ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္၊ ႏို၀င္ဘာလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔မွ စတင္၍ လည္းေကာင္း ခြင့္ျပဳေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရာမွ ယခုလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔မွစ၍ အဆိုပါ ေလဆိပ္မ်ား၌ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၂၂ ႏိုင္ငံအား ထပ္မံတိုးျမႇင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးလ်က္ရွိသည္ဟု ဆိုပါသည္။ ထပ္မံတိုးျမႇင့္ခြင့္ျပဳေသာ ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း ၂၂ ႏုိင္ငံမွာ ၾသစႀတီးယား၊ ခ်က္သမၼတႏိုင္ငံ၊ အိုင္ယာလန္၊ ေမာ္လ္တာ၊ စလိုဗက္ကီးယား၊ ဘယ္ဂ်ီယံ၊ အက္စ္တိုးနီးယား၊ အစၥေရး၊ နယ္သာလန္၊ စလိုေဗးနီးယား၊ ဘူလ္ေဂးရီးယား၊ ဖင္လန္၊ လက္ဗီးယား၊ ပိုလန္၊ ကေနဒါ၊ ဂရိ၊ လစ္သူေရးနီးယား၊ ေပၚတူဂီ၊ ဆိုက္ပရက္စ္၊ ဟန္ေဂရီ၊ လူဇင္ဘတ္ႏွင့္ ႐ိုးေမးနီးယားႏိုင္ငံတို႔ ျဖစ္ၾကသည္။ "အခု တိုးျမႇင့္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးတဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း ၂၂ ႏိုင္ငံမွာ ဥေရာပႏိုင္ငံ အမ်ားစု ပါ၀င္လာပါတယ္။ အခုဆိုရင္ ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ ျပဳလုပ္ေပးတာ စုစုေပါင္း ၄၈ ႏိုင္ငံအထိ ရွိလာၿပီမို႔ စီးပြားေရး အခြင့္အလမ္းေတြ ပိုမိုပြင့္လင္းလာၿပီး ရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈေတြ တိုးလာေအာင္ ရည္ရြယ္ၿပီးေတာ့ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္" ဟု မႏၲေလး အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေလဆိပ္တာ၀န္ခံ အရာရွိ ဦးသန္း၀င္းက ေျပာၾကားပါသည္။ ဆိုက္ေရာက္ဗီဇာ ခြင့္ျပဳေသာ ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားအား စတင္တိုးျမႇင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္သည့္ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔မွ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ၅ ရက္ေန႔အထိ မႏၲေလး အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေလဆိပ္၌ ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း ၁၂ ႏိုင္ငံမွ လာေရာက္ေသာ ခရီးသည္ ၇၀ ဦးအား လက္ခံျပဳလုပ္ ေပးႏိုင္ခဲ့သည္ဟု သိရွိရသည္။ |

I think they just called it "Visa on Arrival" without having traveled abroad. Or they never traveled on their own. This already created much confusion. They deported who believed in the news about Visa on Arrival and arrived without any arrangement. They don't even apologise nor made efforts to accept their explanation. These travelers post on travel forums which is bad for Myanmar Image.
There is no real Visa on Arrival.
Only and always Pre-arranged.
