Hi bro, Thanks for sharing with us. 
But somebody must interpret it wrong. I don't think it's about people. It's about infrastructure for tourists; according to the report; The Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index 2015 Ranking,  Myanmar ranks 134 out of 141. See page no. 15 as attached. Best wishes, FNN

Hope to stand our correct figure on coming season.

it mainly depends on the general "reviews" of the travelers on the destination. so.. be care.. while you are dealing with your clients :-)
