Is YouTube.com Blocked in Thailand
YouTube.com is blocked in Thailand and it is not blocked, the truth appears to be they are doing both.

I was in an Rangsit where there was no foreigners and YouTube.com has been blocked for a week. I came over to the Khao San Road area and they do not have it blocked.

I t! hink Thailand is trying to be clever; they blocked their people who cannot communicate easily with the world. While the allow the foreigner areas like Khao San Road to have access. Effectively getting the world press off their backs, and unless the World Press and the Foreigners went to off the track places they would never know the truth.

I say,
“Thailand is Blocking YouTube.com from its people.”

Then again, this may be a good idea.
