Rain Mud Noise Gambling and Chicas
Pucallpa, Peru in January is rainy, muddy, and as always noise with the roar of the moto-taxis. Here are a few photos of Pucallpa…

What a great place, I feel right at home, I call Pucallpa, Peru a border town, the frontier between the people who live on land, and those who live on the river.

Mototaxi, like a modified Tuk Tuk, this noisy vehicle provide the transportation from the airport to my room. I found a m! uddy side street that gives you the feel for Pucallpa in January.

I was walking by a local Casino; there are tons of them in Pucallpa when I spotted this girl leaning against the door jam like a siren wanting me to enter. She moved before I could photograph here in the more sultry position, however now you get to see the slot machines.

The call these gambling places in Peru,
“Tragamonedas.”

More or less means, “swallow-your-money” this is a Slot Machine.

Coca leaves, to the East here towards the border of Brazil there are many Cocaleros farms growing Coca leaves to feed the Cocaine business.

Border towns are always interesting, a little o! f this, a little of that, and a less rules to interfere.
