Poorer Countries are Not Always Cheaper
I purchased a Buffalo 250 Gig Hard Drive today in Bangkok, at Panthip Computer Mall.

It cost 50 U.S. Dollars less here in Bangkok than in Manila, Philippines. There is some quirk of poorer countries, whereby the cost of living is higher on some issues than richer countries.
Sometimes it just does n! ot make sense.
Like why are the Hotels in West Africa so expensive?
