Secure inpatient PTSD facility

Does anyone know of a secure IP PTSD program that can treat a
schizoaffective ptsd vet? One would think the VA but we are not being
sucessful finding such a program through them. Due to mending
(attempted manslaughter during a flashback) criminal charges the
setting has to be secure.

2nd question - Is there a trick to keeping the SPAM out of my
mailbox? I only seem to be getting it on this listserve.
