NOTE: The code in the answer assumes you're in the root of the directory tree and you want to run fsutil.exe against all the folders inside, as it's been pointed out in the comments (thanks @Abhishek Anand!)

2) "fsutil.exe behavior query DisableDeleteNotify" is pretty much USELESS, unless you are trying to disable TRIM for some reason. Windows 7 has TRIM enabled by default, whether you even have an SSD or not. Since the function is enabled by default, "checking" it or trying to set it to "enable" TRIM is a waste of time. It is also completely independent of drives (ie. you cannot set TRIM for one drive, and disable it for another). It is a function set on the OS so it is not an indicator of a particular drive having TRIM enabled or not.

I recently came across a problem within a DFSR replicated folder where some files were not being replicated between the folders. After a bit of checking to make sure the file types were not on the excluded list I concluded that these could be temporary file after seeing this mentioned on a couple of forum threads.
Checking the files in explorer or using attrib.exe did not show any temporary attributes set, however checking with fsutil.exe did show a temporary attribute. The command to run is;
