TRASH MASH-UP JOINS DELL'ARTE'S BLUE LAKE PAGEANT AND HOSTS A FREE WORKSHOP IN ARCATA

Trash Mash-Up will be offering a free workshop on Friday, July 13 from
6:00-9:00pm at the Arcata Playhouse as a part of Arts! Arcata. The
Arcata Playhouse is located at 1251 9th Street, behind the Old
Creamery Building. The participants will learn the inspiration behind
the "Maskostume" design and the purpose of the overall project as well
as the environmental issues associated with the project. This event
is free and the public is encouraged to attend.

On July 15, 2007, Dell'Arte will host the Blue Lake Pageant featuring
Trash Mash-Up. Join hundreds of dancers, musicians, giant puppets and
masked participants as they take to the streets of Blue Lake in a
spirit of energy and creativity that must be experienced to be
believed. The parade begins in Blue Lake's Perigot Park at 4pm and
ends in the streets in front of Dell'Arte. The event is free and the
public is encouraged to attend.
