Dear Naveed,
thank you for your report.
I don't know exactly how the Ubuntu maintainers packaged the trash-cli
utility. I can help you only with the official version (which is always
up-to-date). Moreover I need some other informations to understand the
problem.
Please check if the problems still exists after uninstalling the Ubuntu
(apt-get remove trash-cli version and installing the official version (see
http://code.google.com/p/trash-cli/).
Please fill a bug report for each problem reporting the output of the given
commands and the expected result. When you add a new Issue the tracker
suggest three question to reply to. More you give detail in your answers
easier would be find and solve the bug.
Thank you
Thanks for reply, let me use official version, then i will update here.
Regards
Okay i have installed official version but still trash-restore gives me
message that i mentioned below.
root@test-laptop:~/.local/share/Trash/files# restore-trash abc
No files trashed from current dir ('/root/.local/share/Trash/files')
root@test-laptop:~/.local/share/Trash/files#
my file name is abc and i trash it , now it is in
/root/.local/share/Trash/files ,
then i run restore-trash abc(file name) but it is not moving file back to
its previous location and given me message that i mentioned above.
so plz guide me if i am doing it in wrong way..;(
Thanks and Regards
