The last time we received any information from Disney that indicated that they wanted the end of our project, we shut it down. Caiomag and Giro97, the penguins who played on the Club Penguin Zero Grade server, wanted in 2017 to reunite the Portuguese-speaking community that had been lost to other language servers with the end of the original game. We never intended to go against the Disney Games company or commit any kind of copyright infringement. We thought that since there were other projects, we could make our own, and we kept it that way. When we were asked through a DMCA in 2020, we closed it, and only reopened because it seemed that the notice related to an isolated case of another remake that was closed at the time, and that it was safe and acceptable for us to resume the project.

We have not received any official notification from Disney Games or any other related affiliates of the company, but we have lived too long on this project, loved it to the end, and by putting our safety and our team's safety first, we do not want to take the risk of being exposed to any such rigorous action. We never planned to steal content, we just wanted to penguin around the island and make new friends. We are aware that there are and will continue to be as long as they are allowed other projects of this kind, and we hope for their success, but our journey has come to an end, as they all will one day.
We dream of one day creating something of our own. An original project, lovingly made from scratch, small but sincere, and you will surely know if we succeed. But for now, it has been a pleasure to penguin beside you for another year, I'll never forget any of the moments we've lived here, and I'm writing this text with A LOT of PAIN, but with the certainty that it's the right thing to do, we can't put the people who make this project possible at risk.

Though the International Council of Nurses (ICN) was created at the turn of the twentieth century, it could only be described as a kind of 'private club' for British, American and German professionals for its first twenty years or so of existence (Takahashi, 2002, p.103). However, in the period between the wars, the political clashes mentioned between the League of Red Cross Societies, the Rockefeller Foundation, and other voluntary agencies encouraged a greater interaction and discussion between the leaders of the profession and their proposals, and 'charged the batteries' of the associations in different countries and internationally. A revitalized ICN emerged from this process. If we had to name an 'ideal' forum for the transnational connection and interchange in the field of nursing in those early years of the twentieth century, it would be the ICN. The conferences held in different countries in Europe and the Americas during that period of upheaval provided a forum for an ever richer exchange of information and interaction and reflected in time the circulation of ideas and individuals, which was even stimulated by the preparation of the many events. The agenda and topics were extremely wide-ranging, often borrowing from other forums of a similar nature, such as the meetings of the League of Red Cross Societies, the International Council of Women (Ethel Bedford Fenwick, the figure behind the ICN, was also very active in the ICW) and the International Labor Organization (created in 1919 by the Peace Treaty agreed after WWI) (Takahashi, 2002; Rafferty, 1995).
Thus, the city as a stage for rivalry and a meeting place for different groups that live in it is also under a radical transformation. If, at a time, conflicts and competitions between districts, neighborhoods or groups of different affiliations were presented, represented and experienced in public places, gathering people from different parts of the city, of different origins and ages, creating "sociations" (Simmel, 1983), ties, metaphorical and esthetic performances of their dissension, today the "club funk dances"4 4 In Rio de Janeiro there are two types of funk parties: those of "the communities", attended solely by youngsters who live in the neighborhood or shanty town, where there are no conflicts, and those of "the clubs", in which young people from different areas gather with the purpose to confront each other ritually inside the parties and actually outside them after the dance finishes (Cecchetto, 1997). can seldom gather different youth groups without violent and sometimes deadly outcomes. Although meritorious efforts have been made to "civilize" or, as some prefer to put it, "domesticate" these war rituals, its deeper logic should deserve our full attention. The young funk groups develop a war ethos by which they learn how to fight and to be tough, the male attribute most valued and searched for during adolescence. An uncontrolled and uncritical incorporation of youth styles advanced in the process of cultural globalization, not yet appropriately studied among us, as well as the adoption of an extremely repressive policy concerning some of its effects (such as the use of illegal drugs), bolsters this new subjective formation. Without the study of these crucial aspects of the social issue it will be impossible to mount efficient public policies for the construction of a more just and peaceful society.
