I have the same issue...
The RBR750 plus two wired satellites >30ft apart seem unable to reliably cope with mesh-switching of iphone 12 and iphone 13 (both with mac-privacy feature disabled).
When moving between routers it will disconnect wifi. If you wait 3 minutes it eventually picks it up. Otherwise it's a "forget network" and re-enter password to restore connection.
So frustrating after spending a fortune on them. Never buying Netgear again after this experience. Such a waste of money.
Have tried all the advice from across the forums. Latest firmware. Reboot cable modem and router in right sequence. Reduced power to 50%, changed channels, disabled this switched that... you name it and I've tried it (short of flogging it with a spare length of Cat6 cable). Published log files etc but nothing fixes it.
It's basically a defective product.
I've just enabled the router.local/debug.htm details logs - saved as a zip file. It should have captured an initial disconnect with my iphone. And just as i was about to save the log file, i was walking around with my laptop using a live streaming video test URL (test.spotme.com) which has no buffering... and as soon as i returned to my upstairs office, it dropped the connection - to be more precise, it said (identifying - on the wifi symbol). And after a minute it says connected - but it looks as though it has remained connected to the downstairs main router (hence it has a very weak signal) - even though there is a satellite in my office a metre away.
