How do I download my data package?

I've created a data package and it shows up on the home page.

When I click the download button:

- in Firefox, nothing happens

- in Edge, I get:

It looks like the webpage at https://my-site-name/accounts/data-package/1/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

1. Why can't I download it?

2. Is there a folder that I can pick it up from without using the download button?

Hi,

This is a bug, it should be resolved as of release of v1.4.0-alpha (a week ago on branch development).

Can you access the file using a link in admin or in media directory on your machine?

Thanks Karolina, pulling the newer version fixed my issue.

I did take hours to build, however, I think because the media directory is under /app, so the tens of GB of files had to be copied, then thousands of them needed the permissions changed during the build. I might look at moving the media (and external_media) folders out of the trapper path.
