How to create an FTP user?

I can create users and make them staff or superusers. What I don't know is how to make them ftp users so that they can upload packages via ftp rather than having to go through the website.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your question! In the admin panel at https://localhost/admin/accounts/user/ at the bottom of the page you will find an admin action called "Create FTP accounts for...".
