Project configuration: Empty database (Swindon)

Good day,

I am using the Swindon data to practice, following the steps in the 'Swindon application guide with TRANUS 3.1'.

1. In QGIS, I activated qTranus as a plugin.

2. I added the Zones, Network, Nodes shapefiles, and OSM as a backdrop.

3. I clicked on qTranus icon.

4. Project Configuration window is displayed.

5. For Tranus workspace, I selected the Swindon folder.

6. For Project file, I selected 'qSwindon.db' that resides in the 'Swindon model' folder.            However, on adding the 'qSwindon.db', an error message is displayed: 'Empty   

    database' (see attached image).

Assistance on the above will be appreciated.
