Hi Tomas,
Hope you are doing great! As you know we were working on the Greater Toronto Area TRANUS model and after having no luck with the calibration of the land-use model we decided to test a smaller portion of the model on QTRANUS and possibly expand the model after ensuring we have a running model.
For the past month, I was working on making Toronto only network and then feeding the model with the dataset we collected. I was preparing the network and simplifying notes and links to make it compatible with the scale that TRANUS works with and in trimming the network I missed some connections and left some dead ends behind. From TRANUS, I knew after the first run of PASOS I can track the connectivity issues and fix them.
I ran the model for the first time and PASOS reported the connectivity issues. I went back to the network and fixed the connections, closed qgis, opened the project again, and uploaded the updated links and node files to it. However still when I run the model I get the exact same issues. I go back to the network and see some of the errors are for some links that I deleted and no longer exists but somehow PASOS thinks the links are still there. My first thought is that this can be a problem in the db file that its content is not updating after I edit the network.
For your reference, I am attaching project files here. (For some reason it didn't let me attach files in the new forum so I am sending you links from one drive)
