refs #1 Refactoring dependencies and remove unused ones
at this point integration-test is green in default 'fa' locale
SignUp new user integration-test disabled (no mail server in dev mode)
ModifyReserve integration-test disabled (this story will change)
ApplicationResources_fa.properties should not have space at the end
sample-data.xml of core module is exactly same as web module(ln -s).
