Subject: National Park Service FY2016 Continuing Technical Assistance For Troy Collar City Ramble

Congratulations!   The National Park Service - Rivers Trails and Conservation Assistance Program (RTCA) is very pleased to announce an award of an additional year of technical assistance to the Troy Collar City Ramble.  Thanks for your application and inviting our participation with your effort.  We look forward to working with you to draft an Action Plan, and find ways to bring parts of the Ramble to life.

Karl Beard will be the RTCA project manager for your project and can be reached at 845.229.9115 ext 2034, or karl_...@nps.gov.  Our assistance will be provided during the 2016 federal fiscal year, which began on October 1, 2015, and ends September 30, 2016.  Karl will be contacting you soon to begin developing a project work scope for the coming year, outlining specific project goals, partners' roles, tasks to be accomplished, and a timeline to realize tangible on-the-ground success.  In return for our technical assistance, we ask that that you acknowledge the National Park Service – Rivers, Trails and Conservation Assistance Program (RTCA) in press releases, promotional materials, and publications where appropriate.

In 2016, the National Park Service will be celebrating its Centennial -- the100th Anniversary of the founding of the Service -- and work with communities like yours is an important part of the work of the agency.  We look forward to a successful year of work with you and your project partners.
