We'll be prepared to start with an overview (from an environmental standpoint) of what the transportation reform bill accomplished.  We'll compare that to the objectives we all discussed last fall and take the discussion from there.

Now that we've completed a major transportation reform, it's seems like the right time to come back together to discuss where we are and consider environmental priorities in the transportation area for the balance of the session.
