How are you doing guys? Hope every one is doing best at your respective positions. I am here to bring a notice to you. We may indirectly connects to our great Legend Prof. Raghava Chari. Some of us may not know his contribution towards Transportation field in India. In a single word i would say, he is "GOD Father of Transportation Engineering in India". I am glad to bring this notice to you as follows:

Some of you may aware this. Our NITW Transportation division is raising a fund against "Prof. S. Raghava Chari emorial Fund". The details are mentioned in trailing mail by Prof. CSRK Prasad garu. In this regards i propose, rather than giving it as individual. If we offer this fund as whole by our M.Tech batch 2007-09. It will be great honor to our batch.

Friends please take it as personal. Think a while to contribute. Amount is not fixed. Dont hesitate even it is a small amount. Looking forward to here from you guys. Please dont take other wise, if you feel my approach is wrong. Tentatively will keep one week to windup this task by 24th August 2015.

Prof. S. Raghava Chari Memorial Fund: Request for Donations
Dear friends,

Some of our alumni collected Rs. 3.30 lakhs and established Prof. SRC Gold Medal for best M.Tech. (Transportation Engineering) Dissertation Work with Rs 2.00 lakhs at NIT Warangal. Balance amount of Rs 1.30 lakhs is deposited with the institute as Prof. SRC Memorial Fund. Now, it is proposed to raise this amount to RS 10.00 lakhs and keep it as deposit. Interest accrued is used to conduct "SRC - Transportation Young Researchers Symposium (SRC-TYReS)" every year at NIT Warangal. This will create platform for all the postgraduates and research scholars in transportation engineering across the country to come together to share their experiences and to learn latest from the experts. This will be a greatest tribute to Prof SRC, who always loves the students and keep them close to his heart.
