Hello,--I tried to do quite a bit of google search and also searched at HL7 store but couldn't find the schema used to validate CCDA documents. It appears that's a file named CDA.xsd provided by HL7. I hope some folks in this group is using the validation schema - if so, is it possible for you to share it?thanks!Jason

Hi, Jason,
The link Dragon provided is a link to the base CDA schema.
The Consolidated CDA makes use of an updated schema which supports the new extensions (aka customizations) introduced in the standard.
You can find that schema in the Consolidated CDA package located here: http://www.hl7.org/documentcenter/public/standards/dstu/CDAR2_IG_IHE_CONSOL_DSTU_R1dot1_2012JUL.zip
Take care,
Brett
