Looking for a Sample CCDA which has attachments

Hi,

I have a requirement of sending Imaging results as attachments for a CCD. As per the spec I dont see any option to embed images/attachments. However I see another document template - Unstructured CCDA. Looking a sample CCDA which has attachments or supplement CCDA containing attachments.

HL7 publishes a set of samples along with the IG, so I would advise you to download from HL7.

you need to look for C-CDA R2 that has a mechanism for either embedding or referencing unstructured attachments. HL7 download CDAR2_IG_CCDA_CLINNOTES_R2_D1_2014NOV.ZIP has examples of both.
