I am not sure I understand the question completely, but if you are referring to what coded values can be used I would suggest to start from the C-CDA standard and go from there.

Hi Nagesh,
My Question is that I want to load all the snomed CT based list for functional and cognitive status. Like the functional status mentioned
No impairment SNOMED-CT: 66557003 mentioned in one of the test case. My question is from where I can get the complete list in an excel format or csv format.

I would suggest contacting National Library of Medicine (NLM) with your needs and see if you can get what you want.
