Email not recieved by the tool

Dear Concerned,

                We are testing SMTP test cases and our mail could not be detected by the test tool. Mails sent by us are received at all other email systems. Currently we cannot detect the issue that why our mails are not getting detected by the tool. If we send email through gmail it goes through and is detected by the tool.

Please guide us that what might be the issue and what we can do to get this through. Is there anything at our end. Right now we are direction less, please guide us if possible.

 

Any help in this regard will highly be appreciated.

Hi,

Is your question about the SMTP test cases as used by Edge Testing Tool
(ETT)? (The mailing list for that tool is :
<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/edge-test-tool>)

Or is this the Direct portal of the TTT tool? If the latter, can you
send us your Direct address that you are sending from?
