This is a disturbing note. I have Ray's book. I'll try to find out something about Ray's status later today.

 What I'd particularly like to see is chapters 24  WHY HAS PRT NOT BEEN DEVELOPED YET? and 25. 20 DIFFICULT QUESTIONS & ANSWERS ABOUT PRT.

FYI. I sent Ray an email on May 21 about his book and he told me the cost is $90 with postage of $12. FEDEX would run about $40.
