Ironically, some of the very people who stand to gain a lot by an increase in transparency sometimes oppose it or feel threatened by it.
Indeed, attempts to increase transparency can meet with resistance, stonewalling, acts of authority, fear, uncertainty and doubt. It isn't easy to increase transparency, but the premiss of this group a group we believe it is worth the effort. This is where we share our experiences so that we all stand a better chance of success.
