Multiple actions for the same list

Hi I have a list of names and links as following: 

mylist = [

    name: 'aaaa'

    link: 'bbbbb'

  ,

   name:'ccc'

   link: 'ddd'

.......]

I 'd like to display all in this format <a href="link">name</a> except elements #5,#9,#15 to be displayed with red color. 

My question is how can I do that using multiple directives & coffeescript (prefered) or JS ?
