As the Subject line implies, will there, or at least, will it possible
to add Torrent Scheduling and Queuing to this fantastic little program?

Hi!

For torrent queue, there is a issue:
http://code.google.com/p/transmission-remote-dotnet/issues/detail?id=172
But what do you mean, torrent scheduling?

That's very unfortunate then, if only there was a way to have only one
(or a set number of) active downloads at a time, and keep the rest in
the queue idling/paused.

torrent scheduling:
Chose a specific time period when the torrents can be "active". Ex.
only download torrents from 3am to 10am, after that it will pause all
active torrents and resume the nextday, same time.

Thanks for replying

For torrent scheduling:
Setup an alternate speed limit with 0 up/down, set the times. You can
do that with TRD. In the specified time, the download and upload will
"shutdown".
