How do I seed existing torrent (already downloaded) via the gui?
should I add a folder named like target file or something... what if I
have multiple files in one torrent?

Hi!
Add the torrent, but do not start! You can see the download location
in general tab. put the files to that location. Start torrent verify.
If the files are good location, and the checksums are good, T will
show files as completed. After verify, you can start the torrent to
seed.
