16.2 Postgres version released

On behalf of the 16.2 Product Management Committee it is a pleasure to announce that the 16.2 Postgres version of tranSMART has officially been released: https://wiki.transmartfoundation.org/display/transmartwiki/tranSMART+16.2+Development

It includes, among other new features, the SmartR analysis plugin and HiDome, for making patient cohorts based on high dimensional data.

The Oracle version and upgrade instructions will follow.
